After 18 years in the fitness industry I have learned that a successful workout program needs to be centered around three main components: Variety, Consistency and Intensity. We will incorporate resistance training, flexibility training, balance training and cardiovascular training into your well-rounded plan
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to educate you, to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you set small goals, practice healthy habits, and consistently work in a variety of manners with a little bit of intensity and fun you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle. More importantly, you will be able to maintain this healthy lifestyle for many years.
